The Mellows, hailing from Southern California, are a group of brothers and childhood friends who, after obsessing over groups like The Everly Brothers and The Beatles, formed their sound in their garage as early teens.  They are a Rock & Roll band whose music is rooted in the glory days of 50’s and 60’s American music.  With brothers Colton and Zane Turner, now residing in Austin, Texas, you can see them regularly frequenting some of the cities most historic and respected clubs, playing their timeless, charming sounds.

The Mellows have since released four albums and numerous singles of original music, all penned by singer and guitarist Colton Turner. Their records focus on traditional analogue recording and timeless style.  The group’s records and live repertoire pull from a wide range of styles and sounds such as R&B, Country, and Soul.
