We are delighted to announce  that  Strada Music has received investment through the Cultural Recovery Fund  to help support us financially and through the Coronavirus pandemic. We are therefore able to continue offering our agency services to musicians and venues across the UK and further afield within a secure businesss environment.

Chris Wade of Strada Music said: “ We are massively grateful to the Cultural Recovery Fund for its support which has arrived just in time to save us from total collapse. It is a life saver, and we now look forward with new energy to focus on getting our artists back on the road, into the venues, and to the audiences that have so much missed hearing live music”.

Culture creates jobs, supports livelihoods, and brings joy to everyone. The UK leads the world in the creative industries and we can all feel pride in that.

Rod Clements of Lindisfarne commented: ” I would like to thank the Cultural Recovery Fund for its generous support of  Strada Music, whose constant efforts to reschedule live concerts in the face of the pandemic have been for so long unrewarded. Now that Strada and Lindisfarne can once again look forward with a degree of confidence, we can’t wait to be working together to get back out on the road and in front of live audiences again!”

Now, in these challenging times, it’s our turn to show our support for culture. With an unprecedented investment through the Cultural Recovery Fund, the government is #HereForCulture so it can weather the storm of coronavirus and come back stronger.

Barbara Dickson adds her thoughts to the news: “It is culturally important that this service, provided by a small but thriving community in music, is perpetuated by business organisations like Strada .”   BARBARA DICKSON, OBE

#HereForCulture is a movement that unites the public, government and cultural organisations in support of our fantastic cinemas, theatres, music venues, museums, galleries and heritage.

With more and more culture being curated online, there is no better time to support and enjoy all the new and exciting ways culture is available to us.

By being #HereForCulture, we aren’t just supporting the people in the industry, we’re also supporting communities across the country.
